Clarveil Security Limited is an Auckland-based AI software supply-chain cybersecurity company building an end-to-end operational security platform today and proprietary preventive security intelligence for the software-development systems of tomorrow.
AI coding assistants and increasingly agentic development systems can recommend, select and introduce software dependencies at a speed traditional security workflows were never designed for.
At the same time, most software supply-chain controls remain reactive — acting after a vulnerability or malicious package has already become publicly known.
Clarveil is building for both realities.
Find known and emerging software-package threats already inside the organisation, determine exactly where they exist across repositories and managed developer/build fleets, and move into controlled response.
Clarveil’s proprietary AI/ML R&D is designed to provide an independent preventive security intelligence layer that can operate alongside AI-assisted and agentic software-development systems — supporting security decisions earlier in the software lifecycle.
PROPRIETARY AI/ML R&D
As software creation becomes AI-driven,
security needs an AI-native decision layer.
Designed to become consumable wherever software dependencies are selected, recommended, generated, published or introduced.
The surfaces shown are prospective integration and platform opportunities. They are not current integrations, partnerships or endorsements.
Atul brings 18+ years of global technology experience spanning enterprise software engineering, architecture, technical leadership and large-scale delivery.
A recurring theme throughout his career has been building from the ground up — establishing technical teams, leading international knowledge transitions, architecting enterprise platforms and turning difficult engineering ideas into scalable capabilities.
Formerly a Senior Manager at Morgan Stanley and Staff Engineer at Verizon Connect, he has worked across banking, telecommunications, retail, gaming and government environments.
Today, his hands-on focus sits at the intersection of AI/LLMs, cybersecurity, developer tooling, agentic systems and platform engineering — experience he is applying directly to Clarveil’s AI software supply-chain security R&D.
Clarveil brings these experiences together: building teams, solving difficult engineering problems, creating scalable platforms, and moving emerging technology from idea → POC → enterprise capability.
Across his career, Atul has repeatedly been placed in situations where the capability did not yet exist — a team, platform, framework, integration or technical approach — and had to be created, validated and scaled.
Establish teams, hire and mentor engineers, transfer knowledge and create ownership.
Create reusable internal platforms and technical capabilities where they do not already exist.
Prototype difficult software, hardware, protocol, AI and integration problems.
Turn validated approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.
Clarveil is not being built from a distance. Atul remains directly involved in architecture, experimentation and proof-of-concept development across the technologies shaping modern software engineering.
Under enterprise technical evaluation and design-partner discussions.
New Zealand and U.S. priority patent applications already filed. International PCT filing in preparation, targeted for early October 2026.
R&D eligibility assessment successfully completed with no major concerns or rework required. Conditional-approval pathway proceeding.
